Weekly guidance and between-session support
Ongoing support by message between sessions, for continuity between our conversations.
Some weeks you do not need a full session. You need a steadying voice, a little direction, and something to hold on to. Weekly Guidance is ongoing support by message, for individuals and couples who want to keep the work moving between or instead of live sessions.
How it works
You message me through Carepatron whenever something comes up during the week, a worry, a difficult conversation, a moment you want to understand. I read everything, and I reply once or twice a week with considered guidance, reflections, and practical tools you can actually use.
It is a calm, contained rhythm rather than constant back and forth. That is deliberate. The space between messages is where reflection happens, and a thoughtful weekly reply tends to help more than instant ones.
What it is, and what it is not
Weekly Guidance is supportive guidance and psychoeducation. It is a way to feel accompanied and gently directed between the bigger pieces of work.
It is not a substitute for therapy sessions, and it is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in immediate danger or distress, please contact local emergency services or urgent mental health support in your country. If we are already working together in sessions, this sits alongside that work rather than replacing it.
You can pause or stop at any time. It is a rolling weekly arrangement, billed weekly through Carepatron.
