The consultation is not a full therapy session.
It is a short first conversation to understand what is bringing you here, explain how I work, and see whether beginning together feels right. You do not need to prepare a perfect explanation. A simple outline of what has been difficult lately is enough.
What to expect from therapy.
Sessions are structured, emotionally attuned and designed to help you understand patterns rather than simply retell events.
That means we look not only at what happened, but at what keeps happening, what it means to you, and what needs to shift. The work is reflective, but not vague. Practical, but not mechanical.
Working online across countries and time zones.
I work online in English with UK and international clients where online therapy is clinically appropriate and legally and ethically possible. Country, time zone and privacy for sessions are checked before beginning.
Common questions about fees
How much does online therapy cost?
Individual therapy is £70 for 45 minutes. Couples therapy is £100 for 70 minutes. Weekly guidance by message is £45 a week. The consultation is free.
Do I have to commit to a set number of sessions?
No. The work is reviewed as it goes.
Can couples attend from different places?
Often yes, where online therapy is clinically and legally appropriate.
What should I write in the enquiry?
A few lines about what is bringing you here is enough.
You do not need everything figured out before reaching out.
The first step is simply a consultation. From there, we can see what kind of support makes sense.
